Delivery of Your Purchase

Upon successful completion of your purchase, your digital journal will be automatically delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Most orders are delivered within minutes, though delivery times may vary depending on your email provider.

If you do not receive your journal within 30 minutes, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting support.

Download Access

Each digital journal purchase includes one (1) download. To ensure successful access, we recommend downloading and saving your journal to your device immediately upon receipt.

Please note that download links may expire after use and cannot be shared, transferred, or redistributed.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Self Love Loft are digital downloads. No physical products will be mailed or shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital product has been delivered.
