Because all of our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been completed and the digital product has been delivered.

Digital Product Sales

All products sold through Self Love Loft are digital downloads and are not physical goods. Once a purchase is made and the product has been sent to the email address provided at checkout, the sale is considered final.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
• You did not receive your digital product due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
