Our Journey
In the heartbeat of the city that never sleeps, Robert and I, Alyssa, two people brought together by love and a shared passion for well-being, invite you to our loft of tranquility – the Self Love Loft.
Our journey began in the bustling streets of New York, where degrees in business and journalism merged into a journey of love and self-discovery. Amid the whirlwind of city life and being young, busy people trying to make it big in the world, we recognized the need for a sanctuary. A space dedicated to self-care and spreading love to others.
In the midst of our wavy lives, "me time" became our anchor. Every day, we consciously embraced wellness practices that became the essence of Self Love Loft. Robert, with a focus on mental wellness, devoted a part of each day to meditation. A peace in the midst of chaos.
My journey led me to the world of simple yet luxurious self-care rituals. From skincare to the joy of good quality feeling sleep, I discovered the power of cherishing myself daily. These practices, simply born from self love and our love for each other, inspired what you can find at Self Love Loft.
